REGISTER FOR CAMP EVEREST
Registration for 2026 is now open!
You will receive a confirmation message if the form is filled out correctly. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email [email protected] to confirm your camper’s registration has been received. PLEASE NOTE: You will receive a second email from Camp Everest if your child has been accepted to attend Camp Everest 2026. These confirmation emails will be sent out beginning the week of June 16.
CAMPER FEES
Camper fees are $350 per camper and are due immediately upon receiving your acceptance letter. Fees include two nights and three days at Camp HeHoHa, all meals, snacks and activities. No camper is turned away for financial reasons. If you require financial assistance, please indicate so on your camper’s registration form. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
Payments should NOT be sent until you receive a conformation email that your child will be attending Camp Everest. One you have received confirmation of acceptance the registration fee can be e-transferred to [email protected]. Receipts will be emailed on request.
*NOTE – Campers will NOT be permitted to attend Camp Everest if either financial assistance has not been requested, or payment of Camp Fees has not been received by deadline
